All of our Management Team work out in the homes of our clients as well as in their management role. As a Company we feel that this is very important.
Natalie Horner
Managing Director / Registered Manager
Natalie was one of the joint Founders of the Company and has been the Managing Director since its origination in August 2000. She holds an NVQ Level 4 in Care and over 20 years experience in a care management role.
Vicky Roulinson
Administrator
Vicky joined us in 2012 as a Support Worker. In 2014 she became one of our Administrators. She has an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
Andrew Horner (AKA Jack)
Director / Responsible Individual
Andrew (aka Jack) joined the Company in October 2012 after being on the side-lines for the previous 10 years as partner to Natalie. It seemed only right he should join as Head of Quality & Operations. Jack has a Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
Jackie Skelton
Staff Co-ordinator
Jackie joined the Company in 2001 as a Support Worker but has been our Staff Co-ordinator since 2003. Previously she had worked in the provision of care since 1995. Jackie has an NVQ 2&3 in Care.
