Our services are designed for both the elderly person and also people with a physical, neurological or mild learning disability who want to maintain their independence and continue to live in their own home with as much support as they need to enable them to do so.

All tasks are undertaken by our team of Support Workers who undergo regular Enhanced Disclosure checks and receive continuous training and supervision in order to provide our clients with the highest quality of care. 

Dignity and respect are at the heart of the services we offer. All staff are asked to sign up to be a ‘Dignity Champion’ when they start employment with us and as an organisation we embrace the 10 Point Dignity Challenge as part of The Dignity in Care campaign.

Due to the rise in the number of clients we now have with Dementia, we also ask that all staff attend a local Dementia Friends session.
